The Balkan Civil Society Development Network has published Manifesto of the elections for the European parliament 2009 – “To take note of the future European citizens!”

The Manifesto calls on all candidates to take note of the turbulent times of economic crisis and uncertain future of the Lisbon Treaty, but nonetheless call on future EU decision-makers to stay on course regarding the enlargement agenda and immediate visa liberalization for the citizens of future EU member states.
