Born on 29.06.1985 in Tetovo. He graduated on communication sciences at Southeast European University – Faculty of Communication Sciences and Technologies. Currently, he is in completing process of his master program at the Institute for Communication Studies – Skopje on Strategic communication management.

In 2010 Jelmaz started his career at the National broadcaster Alsat-M TV as entertainment/culture program editor, and until 2015 he was author, presenter and editor of various TV shows and concepts. However, he continues his carrier in the field of management and merchandising in several private companies where he was present from 2015-2018. Later he gets involved as a communication coordinator in the MladiHUb project implemented by the National Youth Council of Macedonia. In the same time, Jelmaz works as a creative director, trainer for social dance theater and forum theater with children and youth, where he collaborated with many civil society organizations from the country and the Balkans.

From November 2019 he is working in the Civil Society Support Facility – CSSF Macedonia “Civica Mobilitas”, responsible officer for monitoring and evaluation.
