Sašo Klekovski, Consultant

Born on April 13th 1966 in Skopje Graduated at the Faculty of Medicine in Skopje. Since 1994 he is the Executive Director of MCIC. He has over 20 years of working experience in the civil society organizations in Macedonia. As a consultant he has been active for the last 10 years. He has acquired the practical experience and preparation of sector analyses and strategies while on the position of Executive Director of MCIC. His practical experience includes management of over 30 employees, 1500 projects in Republic of Macedonia and Kosovo with budget amount to over 45 million EUR. He regularly upgrades his theoretical knowledge and practical experience. He participated at trainings organized by MDF, Netherlands as well as at other trainings organized by international consultancies. Due to its knowledge, experience and skills, Mr. Klekovski has been engaged in several missions for evaluation of programmes and organizations, as well as for needs assessment in Macedonia, the Caucus region, Central Asia and the Balkans. He has also been included in preparation of several sector analyses. He is the author of more than twenty publications and articles. Mr. Klekovski is a respected expert which is why he is often invited to speak at conferences in Macedonia and abroad. He has also been in the function of facilitator of many workshops, meetings and roundtables. His key qualifications are sector analyses, analyses of organizations and management, capacity development, facilitation, conflict management and post-conflict response.
