Blinera Rexhepi was born on 19.2.1995 in Tetovo. She attended primary school in Budapest and Prague, and secondary education at the "Kiril Pejcinovic" Gymnasium in Tetovo. Blinera graduated at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tetova in 2016. Since 2016, she is pursuing her postgraduate studies in International Law and International Relations at the University of Tetova. She is in the process of writing her dissertation on the topic “The right to life and prohibition of torture in extradition cases”.  She became engaged with MCIC as a volunteer for three months, from May to July 2019. Shortly thereafter, in August, she was employed as a junior project assistant mainly supporting the Civil Society Development Program “Civica Mobilitas”.
