Project Cycle Management (PCM), Institutional Development and Organizational Strengthening (ID/OS) training
The aim of the Project Cycle Management (PCM), the Institutional Development and the Organizational Strengthening (ID/OS) training was capacity building of the churches and the religious communities in Macedonia in the area of social-humanitarian work.

The training was intended for members, activists and volunteers engaged in the activities of the social-humanitarian associations, services and organizations operating within the churches and the religious communities.  

The Project Cycle Management training was delivered in the period May 30 – June 2, 2004, with 16 participants in total (members and activists of the religious communities).

The training on Institutional Development and Organizational Strengthening (ID/OS) of the churches and the religious communities was held on September 28 - 30, 2004 in Skopje. Eleven representatives from the theology faculties, the churches and the religious communities (FIS, UMC, Word of Hope, and Vaisnav religious community), as well as two representatives from the Committee for Relations with the Religious Communities and one representative from MCIC took part at the training.
